Crafted from 100% high-tenacity polyester fibers, these threads combine exceptional strength, color consistency, and abrasion resistance, ensuring reliable closures under demanding conditions.

  • Unique Two-Tone/Multicolor Effect: Each thread strand combines two or more polyester fiber colors (for example, red & white, blue & white, yellow&white, red & blue, or custom blends). This mixed-color design not only provides an attractive “heathered” look on sewn bags but also makes it easy to differentiate product lines at a glance.

  • Consistent Dye Fastness: Prior to spinning, polyester fibers are dyed using a reactive dispersion process, yielding vibrant, fade-resistant shades. The mixed-color effect is maintained uniformly from spool to spool.

  • Tensile Strength: Typical breaking strength ranges from 9 to 14 pounds (40–60 N) for Tex 70–100 threads (actual values vary slightly by specific Tex rating), which is ideal for closing 20–50 kg (44–110 lb) woven polypropylene or multi-wall paper bags.

  • Low Elongation: Minimal stretch under load (around 15–20%) ensures tight, neat closures without loose stitches.

  • Heat & UV Resistance: Polyester fibers maintain strength and color integrity at temperatures up to 150 °C (302 °F) and under prolonged sunlight exposure, making these threads suitable for outdoor storage and tropical climates.
